STIFF FINE
(By Telograph—Press Association.) Wellington, last night. Iu the Magistrate’s Court to-day Henry Wright, manager ot tho Commercial Agency, was fined a minimum sum of £5 and costs for publishing a paper without an imprint. ARBITRATION COURT.
Messrs Sam Brown and Robert Slater havo been re-elected to the Arbitration Court as representatives of the employers and workers respectively. SUSPECTED LEPROSY.
A case of suspected leprosy, that of a Chinaman, at Palmerston South, has boon reported to the Health Department.
