Berlin, Sept. 23. Berlin hotel owners have begun to employ American managers. The well known Savoy Hotel in Friedrich Strasse has taken a new lease of. life since its American manager arrived, and two other smaller hotels have followed the example of the Savoy. It is said that several other large hotels are making improvements and alterations in their hotels “on American lines.” Two of the largest general stores in Berlin are managed by Americans.
