BOWLING.
On the green yesterday , the contest for the pennant was continued, the remaining ten heads of the game between Coleman's and Bright’s teams being played. The result was that the Gisborne team was victorious. Gisborne having been defeated by Whataupoko, the winning club for the pennant will be decided to-morrow afternoon, when Kaiti meets Whataupoko. In the doubles Oolebrook and Adair (skip), 2S, were defeated by Orr and Jones (skip), 29. Several of the singles are being decid i as the different players can arrange to eot.
