[By Telegraph—Press Association.] Blenheim, last night. Business at tho Supreme Court this morning did not occupy the Chief Justice much over an hour. The only criminal case was one of theft against a Native lad, who pleaded guilty, and was admitted to probation. His Honor remarked that, in proportion to its population, there was no district in the colony that had less serious crime than Marlborough. In a divorce case William Eyles v. Millicent Jane Eyles, a decree nisi was granted.
