SEAMEN’S WAGES. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) Auckland, last night. Tho right to refer trade disputes direct to the Arbitration Court will probably be availed of in tho dispute in the shipping trade, the Seamen’s Union being desirous of obtaining an award applicable all over the colony, with special local conditions to meet purely local circumstances. CO-OPERATION. The Auckland Fruitgrowers’ Association has passed a resolution recommending growers to join the Farmers’ Co-opera-tive Society, which offers special facilities to growers, and for co-opcration.
