AVi Brown, claim X2 16s Id, costs Xo 7s Od. ALLEGED TRESPASSING. In the case of G. AV. Dewes v. Puliaka Fox, claim X 4 10s, damages for killing ono of plaintiff’s pigs alleged to be trespassing on land in which both parties had an interest, a considerable amount of evidence was taken. After the case had been fully gone into, His Worship gave judgment for the full amount claimed, with costs X 4 9s. . JUDGMENT FOR DEFENDANT. In the case of Marana AVaipaiha v. George Brown, a claim for tho sum of XlO or the return of a chestnut horse, Mr G. Lysnar appeared for the defendant. After hearing evidence, judgment was given for the defendant, with costs X 4 9s. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. One judgment summons case was heard, being that of G. G. Boyd v. Hapa Turei. Mr G. Lysnar appeared for plaintiff. An order was made for immediate payment of tho amount claimed, X 7 16s 3d.
Mr George Lysnar appeared for the plaintiff in each of tho above eases, in tho majority of which lie was instructed by Mr Lincoln Rees, who was unable to attend the Court owing to an accident which ho sustained through a horse falling with him when riding between Tuparoa and Awanui.
