The Kaiser, replying to an address presented by the burgomaster of Danzig, referred to the highly important meeting with his friend the Czar, which, hp said, had been most satisfactory to both sides, unshakeahly strengthening the conviction that peace would be preserved between the nations for a long time to cone.
