The Plague.

Noumea news states that a notification was issued on August 10 stating that for some days, there had been no eases of plague, excepting amongst Kanakas. One European has been attacked. There is sufficient anti-plague scrum, which lias proved efficacious in every instance, to meet all present requirements.
