PLUMBERS’ DISPUTE.
By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, last night. The Conciliation Board has given an award in the plumbers’ dispute providing for 47 hours per week, at Is 2d per hour for competent men, every firm to have one apprentice and one extra to every two journeymen, preference to be given to Unionists on the usual conditions. Air Tuaehape said that he did not think the recommendations would be accepted by the Masters’ Association.
