Tho following changes in the Customs Department have been decided upon Mr McDowell, Collector at Greymouth, to be Collector at Invercargill; Mr Colebrook, landing waiter at Auckland, to be Collector at Greymouth ; Mr Mixon, landing surveyor at Dunedin, to be Collector utTiuiaru : Mr Bose, landing waiter at Wellington, to be Collector at Hokitika : Mr Hawley, Collector at Blenheim, to be Collector at Poverty Bay; Mr Jackman, in charge of tho Bluff, to have charge at Blenheim ; Mr Spence, landing waiter at Blenheim, to be Collector at Westport.
