The Conciliation Board gave its recommendations to-day in the ironmoulders’ dispute, recommending that a working week should not exceed 46.1 hours, overtime to be paid for additional work ; that the minimum wage should be Is 3d pethour for competent journeymen, and Is IJd per hour for range plate work; that the proportion of apprentices to journeymen should be one to three, aud that apprentices should be indentured for three years, except for plate moulding; that piece work should be abolished, aud that only apprentices and journeymen be employed.
