QUEENSLAND’S COMPLAINT.

Brisbane, Aug. 21. The Premier bitterly complains of tho indillereneo of other States and tho Federal Government in regard to New Guinea. There is difficulty in obtaining a fund for administration. If .the Federal Government continued to neglect tho matter lie would have no other course than to appeal to the Imperial Government.
