New South Wales.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Sydney, Aug. 21. Heavy rain continues. Strong southerly seas are delaying shipping. Some of the low-lying distrtcts are flooded. New South Wales supplied about 200 of the Britannic’s troops, and the balance are from other colonies. The Assembly adopted a resolution favoring the payment of extra wages for Sunday labor to all State employees. Members generally favor reducing Sunday work as much as possible.
