GREAT MEETING AT CHICAGO. ROSSA ADVISES THE FIRING OF ENGLISH CITIES.

Michael Davitt and O'Donovan Rossa addressed a meeting of four thousand at Chicago. Tho latter, amid cheers, advocated the firing of tho principal cities of England in order to terrorise the Government. Davitt appealed for funds for tho Irish cause.
