Iu the House of Commons, Mr Balfour proposing closure by guilloitino in order to pass supply en bloc, stating that members during the session occupied over a fortnight in tho lobbies during tho process of voting. Sir 11. Campbell-Bannerman, Mr John Redmond, Sir W. Harcourt, Mr Bryce, and Mr G. Bowles violently opposed tho motion, i but i i was carried by 205 against 113.
