THE FASTEST BOAT IN THE WORLD.

During the naval manoeuvres the tor-pedo-boat destroyer Viper, built on the turbine principle, and claimed to be the fastest vessel afioat, while going at a speed of twenty knots an hour, entered a fog, and struck the rocks off Alderney on Saturday. The vessel’s back was broken, and she foundered. .All abtard were saved.
