Divorce Case.

[By Telegraph—Press Association.] Dunedin, last night. In the Divorce Court to-day Isabella Keith, chief stewardess of the Mararoa, obtained a dissolution of marriage with James Ness Keith, formerly purser in the Union Company’s employ, on the ground of desertion. The parties were married in 1890, and a child was bom in 1891. The husband abandoned his wife in Sydney in 1893. A decree nisi was made, the application being unopposed.
