£IOO,OOO FOR LORD ROBERTS. By Telegraph—Pi-ess Association—Copyright London, July 30. Lord Salisbury and Mr Balfour presented the King’s message to the House of Lords and House of Commons respectively, recommending a grant of a hundred thousand pounds to Lord Roberts for eminent services. Most of the Commoners cheered the message.
