Sir,— “ Workman " has devoted time to watching others, who he alleges do not work. I would like to be his employer for about five minutes —after that he conld make arrangements for himself on the principle that it takes one sort of character to catch another of the same “ ilk.” “ Workman. ” becomes particularly evident. - Jje, oft the' ; surface, is not an idle' man, 'and his' effort at newspaper writing a great Venture, not altogether gnallied with stupidity. Had “ Workman ” stuck closer to his work (not letter writing),' He would of a certainty known less of the implied shortcomings of others.
