PARLIAMENTARY.
Legislative Council. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) Wellington, last night. The Council met at 2.30 p.m. On the motion of the Hon. Lee Smith, it was decided that the Government be requested to take steps to ascertain the present position of the Colonial Bank liquidation, and to lay on the table at an early date such information as may be available. The Public Health Amendment Bill passed the final stages. The Accidents Compensation Bill was read a second time.
