Unique Will.

HOW TWO BACHELORS DISPOSED OF THEIR PROPERTY.

By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, last night.

A will of a unique nature was tho subject of an application in the Supreme Court this morning. The will was that of tho late Robert Hall and Archibald Hall, two bachelor settlers of Whangarei district, who made a joint will some years ago to the effect that all their property should, in tho event of the death of either, go to the survivor, and in the event of both dying without direct heirs, all tho property to go to tho five children of their late brother, David Hall. Robert Hall died on the 7th of last month, and the survivor (Archibald) made application for letters of administration. The application, owing to the absence of the Judge in Wellington, was not dealt with immediately. On the 29th Archibald died also. At the Court this morning Mr Stewart moved for letters of administration on behalf of the children of the brother David. His Honor granted lettors of administration to Robert Hall, ono of the sons of David Hall, tho rest of the children consenting. His Honor said ho had never previously come across a will of this nature.
