AMORTIZATION BONDS. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright London,“July 23. In tho House of Commons Viscount Cranbourne stated that tho Allies in China had agreed on a basis of 4 per cent, bonds payable by each of the Powers concerned. Considerable progress had been made in regard to the revenues utilisable in connection with tho bonds. Rockhill cables that tho Amortization bonds begin in 1902, and everything will be liquidated by 1940.
