COURT OF APPEAL.

VALIDATION CASE. (Special to Times.) Wellington, last night. On the Validation Court appeal coming before the Court to-day, Mr Rees stated that the parties had agreed to prepare a case for the next sitting of the Court of Appeal, and that tho matter should not proceed further tor the present. The Court decided to sit again on the 24th August.
