DRAGGING WOOL SALES.

Wool —Yesterday’s dragging sale, the prices at which were unchanged, included the following clips : Truelands 11 }d, Dunedin 10j <l, Dunrobin 9;,d, Lansdowno B]d, pare 4Jd. To date 55,847 bales have been catalogued and 41,014 sold. Kauri gum—Stock, 1586 cases. Tin is quoted on spot at £ PJO 5s ; at three months, JEII7. Silver is at 2s 21-l Gd. At the weekly sales of hides the stocks wore neglected. Prices are unchanged. There is little doing in leather and basils. Mutton—New Zealand and River Plato sorts are unchanged in price. Lamb, prime Canterbury, 5 :i-8d ; fair average, including Dunedin, Southland, Wellington, and secondary Canterbury, s}d. New Zealand beef, 180 to 2201 b, fair average quality, o>: fores, 2 1-lGd ; os hinds, B;'|d.
