TO TAKE PLACE IN JUNE. PROTESTANTS AND THE OATH. By Telograph—Press Association—Copyright London, Juno 28. Tho King has announced that lie will bo crowned at 'Westminster some timo next June. He has appointed a Commission of 37 notables to receive petitions from persons claiming to perform services in connection with tho coronation. Tho Imperial Protestant Federation, on behalf of twenty-seven organisations, has protested against Parliament altering the King’s transubstantiation declaration in tho coronation oath without an appeal to tho country. Tho Federation is making strenuous efforts to awaken tho nation, advertising for whole pages in tho newspapers, giving reasons against any alteration.
