The .Radicals, pro-Boer agitation is based on Emily Hobhouse’s sensational reports in reference to the Boer refugee camps, made on behalf of tho distress committee.
The Bey. Adrian Iloffmcyer, writing to the Times, states that he visited tho samo camps, and ho alleges that Ilobhouso's statement displays ignorance of the real facts, and is highly coloured. lie adds that refugees admitted to him that tho officials were doing everything possible.
