The Duke was presented with a gold trowel with a greenstoke handle. Ho made complimentary reference to the service of tho railways, and to Messrs Cadman and Ward. Ho departed this afternoon in blinding rain. Notwithstanding the rain, however, there were great crowds in the streets.
