FIRE IN AUCKLAND.
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) Auckland, last night. A fire occurred at Land’s, pork butcher, Queen street, this evening owing to a gas jet swinging against the wall. About £2OO worth of damage was done. The insurances are £4OO on the buildings and £2OO on the stock in tho New Zealand office.
