EXCITEMENT IN GERMANY.

There is great excitement throughout Germany at the acquittal of three noncommissioned officers charged with the murder of Captain Krosigk, who was habitually guilty of brutality to his subordinates. Socialist journals are indignant at the secrecy in regard to the trial, aud declare that brutality in the army is common.
