DURHAM MINERS VOTE AGAINST IT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, May 29. At the International Miners’ Congress being held in London, representatives of 564.000 miners voted for and representatives of 315,000 against an eight hours’ day. The voting was similar on tho question of minimum wages. -Tho minority exclusively represented the Durham collieries.
