ROUGH WEATHER,
[By Telegraph—Press Association.] Auckland, last night. The s.s. Botoiti, bearing the southern portion of the inward San Francisco mailj arrived off the Manakau Heads about 7 p.m. yesterday, and anchored about four miles inside the Heads. She did not cross the bar until 6.30 this morning.
