TEN PER CENT. DIVIDEND.

At the half-yearly meeting of the Bank of New Zealand the net profit for the half year was one hundred thousand one hundred and fifty-three pounds. Taking the undivided balance from last half it left one hundred and twenty-six thousand eight hundred and ninety-six pounds for distribution. The payment of a dividend at the rate of ton per cent, was recommended, and the carrying forward of twenty-six thousand eight hundred and ninety-six pounds.
