Exposing Books in Court

(By Telegraph—Press Association.) Wellington, last night. The Wellington Industrie Association to-night discussed the question of employers having to produce their business books before the Arbitration Court. It was resolved that in the opinion of the Association the Act should be amended to provide that all books produced in Court should be for the perusal of the Judge only.
