LIABILITY OF EMPLOYERS.
By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, last night. The Stipendiary Magistrate to-day gave judgment in favor of plaintiff in the ease in which a claim for damages was made on account of injuries received through collision with a cart driven by a person in the employ of defendant. The amount claimed was £l5O, and the amount awarded was £SO, with £7 15s costs.
