THE MAYORALTY
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, last night. Dr .J. Logan Campbell was to-day installed as Mayor. In a speech he stated that it was understood he was to be relieved of routine duties by Mr Alfred Kidd, Acting Deputy-Mayor, CENSUS. The totals of thirty-one census returns for Auckland province show a population of 148,269, an increase of 22,207.
