SEEKING CONTROL OF SERVIAN kRMY. By Telegraph—Pres3 Association —Copyright London, May 2. The St. Petersburg correspondent of the Times reports that, at the instance of General Iluropatkin, Russian Minister of War,- a secret military convention is negotiating for the purpose of giving Russia, in the event of complications, the control of the Servian army. It adds that if Turkey is partitioned, Servia receives Novibazar and a portion of Macedonia.
