At the Arbitration Court Judge Cooper again urged the desirabilty of Conciliation Boards having some assistance in preparing papers in disputes. Ho considered a clerk should be prpvided by the Government for that purpose. He {will make representations to the Government in that way. A man with commercial knowledge ■ was very necessary on the Boards, but if a man With legal knowledge prepared the papers it would' 'make things, much more simple for' all. ' •' •■ ■ ' . Tlie typographical dispute before the Arbitration Court lias concluded, and the parties now await the award. The alleged interference by Mr Twomey with a witness was again mentioned by him.
