BOROUGH ELECTION.
The Borough election will be held to-day at the Council Chambers, Lowe street, the hourse of polling being from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Under the new Aet, each elector has only one vote which ho or she can exercise in v our of one or more candidates up to nine.
