STILL SOME HOPE. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright Sydney, April 28. Probably nothing positive will be known of the reported massacre of missionaries till the Resident Magistrate, who has gone to the scene, reports. In reply to enquiries, the Secretary of the London Missionary Society, Sir John Douglas, today wired that he had some doubts about the massacre, but the officers in charge of the district fully believed the reports.
