- ALLEGATIONS ADMITTED. MR SIMS GRANTED A DIVORCE. Per Press Association—Copyright. Christchurch, last night. At the Supreme Court to-day, before Mr Justice Denniston, Henry George Sims petitioned for a divorce from his wife, Emma Sims, on the ground of adultery with James C. Martin, ex-Judge of the Supreme Court. - ■
Mr Hall, who appeared for the respondent and co-respondent, admitted the allegation contained in the petition. His Honor granted a decree nisi, to be made absolute in three months. The corespondent was ordered to pay costs on the highest scale.
