MR SEE FORMS A MINISTRY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Sydney, April 10. Mr See lias succeeded in forming a Ministry as follows : Mr Sec. Premier and State Secretary. Mr B. R. Wise, Attorney-General. Mr E. M. O'Sullivan, Works. Mr J. Perry, Labor. Mr W. p. Crick, Education. Mr T. Waddell, Lands. Mr J. Kidd, Treasurer. Mr R. D. Fitzgerald, Alines and Agriculture. Mr F. B. Sutton, vice-rresident of the Executive Council, Justice. Four Free Trade ex-Ministers and another prominent member of the party were offered and declined portfolios. It is understood that the refusal was not so much a disinclination to take office as a spirited demonstration against the proposal by Mr Reid with a majority of members of the Free Trade Party. Mr McGowan, the leader, and Mr S. Smith, member of the Labour Party, also declined portfolios. OLD COLLEAGUES. Mr See dropped two old colleagues, Messrs Wood and Hassah Messrs Fitzgerald and Waddell are new to office. Mr Kidd was Postmaster-General in a former Protectionist Ministry.
