ALLEGED FORGERY BY A BRITISH OFFICER. ARRESTED AT MELBOURNE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Melbourne, April 10. Captain Edward Marshall, in the South Horse, was arrested aboard the Australasian 011 arrival from the Capo, en a charge of forging and uttering a cheque for £2OO, purported to be signed by Lieut. Marbeley, 'Paymaster of the Imperial Forces at Capetown.
