*vJ TRIBUTES OF RESPECT. [By Telegraph—Press Association.] Wellington, last night. The Premier and Lieut.-Colonel Ncwall will bo present at the funeral of the late Colonel Francis. Tnc Government will grant free passes to all members of the Fourth Contingent now in Wellington who wish to pay their last tribute of respect to the late commander.
