Mr George Smith invites tenders for delivering three hundred manuka rails. Mr O. Veale will re-open his pork butcher’s shop on Saturday next. On Monday evening Mr T. J. Harris, of Avondale, Hangaroa, had his woolshed destroyed by- fire. The building was insured for .£l5O in the New ZeaMnd Insurance Company. The building contained at the time of the fire 60 sacks of grassseed, 6 bales of wool, a wool press, and other implements, all of which wore uninsured.
