The Council of tho Leaguo of New Zealand Wheelmen decided to-night to accept entries of tho New South Wales Cyclists’ Union for New Zealand amateur championships, and to rofuso thoso of tho New South Wales’ League. At tho samo time, it accepts entries of professional riders from tho Now South Wales League, but declines to offer any appearance money.
