CYCLING MEETING

SYDNEY CHAMPION TO VISIT CHRISTCHURCH. NEW ZEALANDERS TO MIGRATE. [By Telegraph—Press Association.] Christchurch, last night. Mr Kesteven, Secretary of the New Zealand League of Wheelmen, has received a cable from the New South Wales League, stating that J. Megson, the wellknown Sydney champion, is to be sent over to represent that colony in the cash championships. G. Sutherland intends, immediately after the League Championship, to leave for Melbourne, and will compete in race meetings there during the remainder of the Australian season. It is also stated that R. Connell, of Temuka, the rider who won the New Zealand Wheel Race, will also journey to Australia.
