WALKS INTO LEGAL PITFALL. [By Telegraph—Press Association.] Wellington, last night. At Mangnweka, Thomas Albert, publisher of the Mangnweka Settler, has been fined ,C2 and costs, for publishing an advertisement of “ CIOOO for Is ” art union at Sydney. The advertisement was sent him from the promoters, and inserted in the ordinary course.
