By Telegraph—Pross Association. Dunedin, last night. Tho Management Committee of the Educational Institute passed a resolution that, pending the introduction of a colonial scale of salaries for teachers, tho Minister, of Education bo requested to allow tho Otago Education Board to distribute the amounts allocated to Otago under Public School Teachers’ Salaries Bill. It was decided to request the Education Board in the event of their receiving a grant to allocate it on tho graduated percentage basis.
