COMMISSION TO OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCE THE QUEEN’S DEATH. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, March 14. Lords Abercorn, Mount Edgcumbe, Carrington, and Wolseley have been appointed special ambassadors to officially announce the Queen’s death and the King’s accession, to the foreign Courts. His Majesty the King warmly thanks the senders of two thousand wreaths for the Queen’s funeral.
