All the mail steamers arriving at Fremantle anchor in the roadstead while the plague regulations arc in operation. Passengers and cargo arc discharged into tenders.
Another case of plague is reported, the patient being a man named John Cosinber, residing at South Perth.

Received I.G a.m., March 15. Sydney, March 14. Walters is supposed to have contracted tho plague by handling a rat in infected cargo. The case will cause tho further detention of the troopship.
